The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.
According to the requirements under Vietnamese law, clients must present their Identification Papers/ Passport and Birth Certificate (for children) of each passenger in the group at check-in. In the absence of birth certificates for children, Guests and Tour Operator agree that children’s ages will be converted from their heights, specifically: For child under 1 m tall, his/her converted age is under 4 years For child under 1.4 m tall, his/her converted age is between 4 and 12 years For taller child, his/her converted age is above 12 years
A damage deposit of VND 3,000,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
