Welcome to our cozy and cute small apartment, which is ideal for lone travelers or couples seeking a convenient home base. The newly refurbished apartment features a queen-size bed, sofa, and TV for a comfortable stay. There is also a small patio offering fresh air and relaxation. Further, a lovely park sits just outside the building. Ideal for the city exploration, you can easily tour the city from this location just blocks from the center. We hope you will enjoy our flat as much as we do.
Ulpiana is known as the best neighbourhood of Prishtina. In the radius of 100 metres there are grocery stores, coffee shops, a bakery, a few small restaurants which offer national food specialities such as qebapas and burek, pizzas, sandwiches etc . Furthermore, a park, a playground and a small football pitch are next to our flat. The well known ‘Fontana’ is the meeting point for students as well as the people who go out to meet their neighbours and enjoy the fresh air of trees and flowers during spring.
