Introducing, the owner of Utopia Holidays, Elsbeth Terblanche. It has always been a dream of mine to have my own business in the hospitality/tourism industry. Never in my wildest dreams did I think it would be in such a beautiful little utopia such as Ballito.  My aim is to provide quality service to both the holiday maker as well as the homeowner. I am more than simply a booking agent, I see myself as a hand-son host and this is what sets me apart from other agents. My role is to ensure that each of our guests are attended to and has everything they need for the duration of their stay. Seeing our guests unwind and make memories that will last a lifetime is what fuels my passion for hospitality. It all began in 2016 when I was inspired to start a business with a difference, one that went beyond merely arranging holiday lets. Starting with our studio apartment, after which we added a family unit in a prime spot to our portfolio. We now have a number of units under our care and we are currently expanding our portfolio. This is a beautiful,spacious family apartment. 2 bedrooms cater for couples, the 3rd bedroom with its 3 single beds is ideal for children or young adults. 2 bathrooms, 2 lounges and a fully equipped kitchen with the convenience of ducted air-conditioning + fans in all bedrooms, DSTV, WiFi, and a gas barbecue on the large balcony overlooking the Indian Ocean. Welcome to your Blissful Beach Holiday This beachfront apartment has three bedrooms, with an en-suite master bedroom with an extra length king bed leading onto the balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a small balcony and shares a bathroom with the 3rd bedroom which is more suited for children as it has 3 single beds and adjoins the spacious TV lounge by means of a glass sliding door. The kitchen opens up to a large dining room where you can finally get your whole family together. A large TV lounge is tucked away at the back of the apartment with enough couch space to binge watch your series horizontally all without disturbing the peaceful ocean sounds near the front of the flat.

Skiathos is a very family friendly complex with a beach suited for young and old. This complex is located with direct beach access only the Chakas Rock Beach which includes a beautiful tidal pool as well as rock pool full of magnificent sea life and ideal for little children or snorkeling. This complex is walking distance from a little pizza restaurant called Salt Cafe which makes the best pizzas in Ballito and you can take your own wine to enjoy a lovely meal.
