3 At Sea is a modern and spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom double story unit that sleeps 6 with amazing sea views from the balconies in a secure complex in Ramsgate North. The main and second bedroom is fitted with a queen bed, and the second and third bedrooms with a bunk bed. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom which is fitted with a shower as well as a toilet and basin and the 2nd bathroom is also fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. There is also a guest toilet and basin downstairs off the lounge. The unit has a fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, stove and microwave, and a door from the kitchen leading into the garage as well as an outside courtyard with a washing line. The lounge has comfortable seating for six with a flat screen TV and an open view decoder, so should you wish to watch DSTV, please bring your own decoder, cables and card with, or else hire from the local supplier in Margate. ( not PVR or Explora compatible ) There are sliding doors off the lounge and kitchen, leading onto an enclosed courtyard with a braai and patio furniture supplied for your use. The main and second bedroom have sliding doors leading onto a balcony with amazing sea views and there is also a separate balcony off the passage. There is a large garage and an extra parking bay allocated to this unit. The complex is about 300 m away from the Lawrence Rocks beach and all shops and restaurants are within the immediate vicinity. All linen is supplied, just bring with your own bath & beach towels. Ramsgate is a small seaside resort town in KwaZulu- Natal South Coast, about 20 kilometers south of Port Shepstone. Margate town is made up of many shops, including beach, arts & crafts shops, restaurants, pubs and night clubs. Ramsgate is next to Margate which is best known for its’ beautiful coastline and blue flag beach with a swimming pool right on the beach. It’s also the only town along the South Coast to boast its’ own freshwater Olympic sized pool. Ramsgate is also home to the Famous Waffle House amongst many other local attractions.
