We love travel and we love property. We love good food and experiencing a new place the way the locals do. We love city life and the outdoors, living in Cape Town we spend a lot of time on the mountain. We love a place like Paris for its beauty, culture but also the Seine and beautiful architecture! Then we love a place like Tuscany....of course both have great foods and wines! We also love being in the bush, like Botswana. We love giving tips to any tourists who come to our gorgeous city of Cape Town!! That’s why we do property rental:)

Positioned in Beautiful Bantry Bay/Sea Point, 100m from the beach. Large 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Apartment, with everything you need to enjoy a pleasant stay on the Atlantic Seaboard. Sunny, Safe & Secure. The property is modern, tasteful and also close to MyCiti bus hu and 10 minutes to the V&A with 24hour security. The space A newly renovated gem of an apartment awaits you on your stay in Cape Town. Arrive through a hallway and a guest bathroom to your right. Plop your bags down in the large bedroom and immediately open the slide-away windows to hear and smell the ocean. The King bed is heavenly with its crisp linen and the en suite bathroom makes your time here a pleasure. Down a short passage is the second bedroom -- smaller and with bunk bed with double bottom and single top. Walk into the compact, but fully loaded kitchen. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, fridge, microwave - how did they fit it all into such a compact area? New fixtures and fittings, everything clean and lovely. "This is going to be a dream vacation," you smile to yourself, happy that you made this pick.

Living in the Atlantic Seaboard is the perfect culmination of all things great. The Atlantic Seaboard is comfortably wrapped between the coastline and the mountains. It is an exclusive area with beautiful homes on the mountain, allowing for incredible sea views. Waking up to the fresh smell of the ocean and going for a run along the promenade is standard practice among residents in these areas. It is close to the city centre, with easy access to the national highways, and right on the beachfront.
