Fully renovated Up market Studio Flat with Balcony for smoking. The unit is Air-condition and is LOAD SHEDDING friendly. Hot water and Stove are Gas. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, even Food Mixers. Smart Tv, internet by arrangement
Both Gaynor and Len are very active retirees over 70 years old with verse interest in community serves, charities and people development.
The unit is 2 minutes from the beach front and Pinnacular Hotel, 5 minutes from the main Sea Point restaurants, shopping centers in Regent Road, the hub of the entertainment in Sea Point. Very safe for evening strolls along the beach front.
