Tastefully decorated, open plan lounge/dining room and 2 bedroom self-catering apartment on the Ridge, Glenwood. Within walking distance to Entabeni, St Augustines, and Ribumed hospitals. Close proximity to the various primary and high schools in the area. Trendy Davenport, Bulwer and Ferguson Roads where you will find various little shops, restaurants/cafés, antique shops and the KZNSA Gallery.

Glenwood is a suburb on the Berea in Durban. Glenwood has entered an era of suburban revival mostly due to the hive of activity evident on Davenport, Bulwer and Ferguson Roads, where antique shops, the KZNSA Gallery - which includes a gallery that exhibits contemporary visual culture, a shop, a café and a training art programme - and various little shops, restaurants and cafés have attracted a loyal following. Davenport Road in particular has benefited from the restoration of old Victorian style houses into trendy eateries and boutiques, and looks set to rival Florida Road, although comparing them with Melville in Johannesburg is probably closer to the mark. Schools in the area include Glenwood High School, Glenwood Preparatory School, Glenwood Junior Primary School, Open Air School, Penzance Primary School, St. Henry's Marist Brothers' College and Durban Girls' High School.
