It is situated in the idyllic Cape Town suburb of Noordhoek located on the picturesque Cape Peninsula. The farm gardens boast 8200 square meters. Rustic, yet luxurious in design and catering for all your needs, this garden style luxury cottage is the ultimate Cape rural living experience. Both bedrooms are en suite and every room has their own fireplace. The house measures 170 sqm and has all amenities of a luxurious modern villa, a farm style kitchen, 3 office desks, 2 Televisions with Apple TV, DSTV, Netflix and Bluray, Fibre Optic Internet, a well stocked library, a vinyl system and lots of outdoor decking as well as a 5 x 3 meter swimming pool. The garden has no less than 5 outdoor seating areas, a farm dam, an enormous diversity of indigenous plants as well as fruit and vegetable production and a huge outdoor sunset deck with garden, mountain and sea views. Gas and wood grills are available. There is a sauna and 2 outdoor showers. Special note on our electricity supply: We have a battery operated backup system which runs basics like lights, WIFI, Television and Fridge in place - however during national power outages certain appliances like the sauna will not be functional. Everything is completely private and a water and power backup system is in place. Onsite parking is available. Cleaning on demand.

Noordhoek is one of the best spots to be in Cape Town. It carries a rural feel with many farms and equestrian estates. World class restaurants, a coffee roastery, a farm market, a deli with a bakery and shops are within 5 minutes walking distance down the beautiful Village lane and the famous Noordhoek Longbeach is a mere 5 minute drive away. We are also located a mere minute’s drive away from the Cape Point Vineyards Winery.
