A luminous and welcoming cottage in the heart of busy Claremont. Perfect for couples, tourists and business people. We are walking distance from popular amenities and close to major highways. Whether you're working remote or traveling for leisure, Lucia's Cottage is a great choice for accommodation when visiting . With its convenient location, the property offers easy access to many of the city's must-see destinations. Although the cottage is situated in a very central and busy area, yet it is very quiet and private Cavendish Square, a very trendy shopping mall, is a short walking distance, where you can find a number of excellent restaurants, shops and cinemas. The location is very close to main schools and universities. We are a few minutes away from Kingsbury Hospital, as well as the Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens and the historical Wine farms of the Constantia wine Route. We live on the premises and we'll interact with the guests as necessary. There is strong WiFi. Password will bi given to guests at their arrival
The property is on the corner of Bowwood and Foyle Road. The Cottage's entrance is on Foyle Road. Please contact the host for more information via email, messaging, WhatsApp, or phone call. We will meet you at your arrival. Lucias Cottage is situated in the leafy suburb of Claremont. The trendy Cavendish Square Shopping Mall is a short walk away. Kingsbury Hospital is less than 1 km away. The world renowned Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens are 2.5 km away along with dozens of different hiking trails. Groot Constantia, Klein Constantia and other famous wineries are a short drive away in the Constantia Valley. Some of the top Cape Town Schools are situated within a 3 km radius.
