Between mountain and sea is Millwood. Wake with the sunrise over the expanse of False Bay, grab a beach towel, and head to Dalebrook tidal pool. The heart beat of Kalk Bay. Treat yourself to freshly baked croissants and a coffee at Dalebrook cafe, all within 50 feet of your doorstep. The apartment is in an excellent location to explore everything the exciting village of Kalk Bay has to offer. The apartment itself is a generous space, the lounge, kitchen and dining area are open-plan. The master: This bedroom offers a Queen size bed with shutters and an en suite bathroom. The en suite is a shower-only bathroom with a toilet and wash basin. Single room: The second bedroom offers 2 single beds. The second bathroom is a shower-only bathroom with a toilet and a wash basin. Kitchen: The kitchen is well equipped with all the basics and necessities to make cooking a meal simple and hassle-free. Outdoor dining area: The patio is a shared space. There is a small table and chairs for your use as well as a BBQ. Parking: We offer parking for 1 car only. The parking is first come first serve. If no parking is available, please make use of the on-street parking across the road.

Neighbourhood information

Kalk Bay is a wonderful historical town that has been a place to visit since the 1800s. Visit the museums, harbor, walk the boardwalk from Kalk Bay to Muizenberg and swim in the many tidal pools along this stretch. There is a tidal pool in front of the property over the train tracks (do please be aware when crossing the train tracks) Uber is readily available in the area
