This is a beautiful original Victorian House in the heart of Upper Woodstock. Trendy, young and fashionable this is an area for eccentrics, artists, bohemians, students of black and white color. Local attractions and landmarks 05 min to the city centre 10 min to the famous waterfront 15 min to Table Mountain 20 min to beaches The grest thing about Woodstock is that it is so central and in such close proximity to the centre of Cape Town. Parking is available in front of the house and it takes you 10min to get into town. This is a great asset as the traffic congestion every day is getting worse. MyCiti Bus Bustop is 5 min walk away which will take you to Town, to Sea Point or to the famous Waterfront.
