Very centrally situated, with a lake and watersports within 500 mtrs, the beach is less than 2 kms away. 2 shopping centre's and a gym within 1 km and many restaurants in the area. Stunning uninterrupted views of Table Mountain, and the vlei. Apartment is completely refurbished with a kitchen and lounge area, separate bedroom and bathroom en suite, all brand new appliances, gas oven & hob, airfryer, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer etc, smart tv, Dstv, wifi, brand new bathroom, patio with gas braai and off street parking on the property for at least 2 cars. All the fittings are modern and upmarket.
Customer service orientated. Background in hospitality and knowledgeable about boating and aviation in Cape Town and surrounds.
There is a lake with watersports literally across the road, a nature reserve in front of the property, Sanccob seabird centre diagonally across the road where you can visit and view the penguins and other birds. The beachfront, beach and sea is 2 kms from the apartment. Many restaurants, coffee shops, pubs etc within 2 - 4 kms. Woolworths Foods, Pick n Pay and Checkers all within 1 km. 2 shopping centre's, a gym, petrol station all within 1 km.
