This new listing is situated on one of the most sought after Cape coastal strips. Regatta View, in Simon’s Town, invites you to enjoy breath-taking views of the Yacht Basin, the Naval Base, False Bay, the coastline and majestic mountains. The position is truly idyllic – high enough to take full advantage of the spectacular view of the Wednesday’s Regatta, yet close enough to amble down into the village to absorb the sights and sounds, of the historical town. The exterior of the home is Victorian, with long deck and balustrades. The interior is decorated in a sophisticated Island Style, creating a sense of peace and tranquillity. The house comprises a lounge, dining room, family/TV room, breakfast room, kitchen, , three bathrooms and 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are fully en-suite. The bedrooms all open onto an upstairs balcony, with views forever.
Adjacent to the house are the well-known Water Lane steps, which take you down to the high street to a number of charming restaurants, cafes, antique shops and access to a wide range of water sports and adventures during all seasons. Enjoy water bikes and kayaking, supping, diving or snorkelling. Boulders Beach with its renowned Penguin community, is only a few minutes away.
