Being at the top floor of the Bella Vista Appartment building it offers secure entery and a safe secure under roof parking for one vehicle. A second parking at an extra cost is available on request, but it needs to be done in advance. It is walking distance from a SPAR supermarket and the large Sydnam lake. Although it does have a ocean view it is NOT walking distance from a beach. Serendipity Stadium is ideal from sports enthusiast when international games are played at the beautiful Nelsom Madella Stadium.

The Bella Vista building is situated in an area with a lot of children being next to Door of Hope for children and close to a school just down the road. Although situated in the Sydnam area visitors will find that Milner avenue was upgraded for the Fifa world cup that was hosted in South Africa in 2010. Occasionally the stadium hosts large sporting events.
