Property information

This beautiful garden studio apartment with a breath-taking view out of your window & the ocean breeze perfect for your morning coffee out on the balcony. It is located close to Sea Point beach front and the trendiest restaurants for your fine dining, stunning surroundings & close to the Pavilion for activities such as bike rides & romantic hotspots. This apartment has everything you need for that breakaway you've been longing for. It is not suitable for children due to steep stairs.

Neighbourhood information

Bantry Bay lies just outside the vibey suburb of Sea Point and, although it doesn’t have a beach of its own, you can reach the beaches of Clifton on foot or Saunders Rocks on the border of Bantry Bay and Sea Point has a little tidal pool. Bantry Bay hugs the slopes of Lion’s Head and the very contemporary apartments that line the Bantry Bay sea front are as close to the ocean as you can get. Bantry Bay is within easy reach of Table Mountain and the cableway, the V&A Waterfront and the city bowl are only 5 minutes away and the suburb has its own deli. For other restaurants and shops head off to Sea Point - the promenade here is great for evening strolls or early morning ambles - or Camps Bay. Uber is reliable and convenient.
