Charming old house from the 1800's with 4 private bedrooms available. The 2 budget double rooms share a bathroom. The Suite with Balcony has it's own kitchen, bathroom and balcony with views of the harbour. The upper level of the house is on the street level and the back door of the house which leads into the garden is the lower level as the house is built on a slope on a hill. Comfortable lounge area upstairs (street level) has flatscreen TV with OpenView satellite channels, fireplace and dining area. Furnished patio off the lounge boasts lovely views of the harbour and the Baakens River Valley. Small herb and veggie garden. Downstairs there is a lovely fully equipped kitchen with 5 burner gas stove, double oven and dining area. The beautiful green garden and deck area also has lovely harbour and valley views.

I stay in the house on the lower level with my friendly and well behaved dogs. We are here to ensure everything in the house is ship-shape and are happy to assist with any issues during your stay. The setup is a security bonus because there is always someone keeping an eye out.

The house is located in a Cul-de-Sac perched on the edge of the Baakens Valley overlooking the PE Harbour, so there is no busy thoroughfare. A lovely little enclave on the border of Central with friendly neighbours. Many attractions close by including Fort Frederick, the oldest building in PE (1799).
