'The Village' is a gated and safe community, situated on the beach with direct access to the beach. The unit was recently revamped inside to an exquisite modern finish. There is an inverter to cope with loadshedding. Most things will stay on seemlessly.

Barbara, the owner of the apartment and myself Francis live in Johannesburg, retired and love being close to the grandkids up north. We both come from the Cape and wanted a pied à terre in Cape Town. We bought the unit in the year 2000 from the developer and have enjoyed it ever since. We love sharing this apartment with guests, but are new to Booking .com. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do and we are sorry we are not there to welcome you personally. Our team there are wonderful people and we trust they will make you feel at home.

'The Village' is situated in the middle of the Beach Front Hout Bay with all its restaurants, amenities and shops. They are so close, its pointless driving there. There are three routes to Hout Bay. The scenic road along the Atlantic from Camps Bay, over the neck to Constantia and over the renowned Chapmans Peak drive to Noordhoek and the rest of the Cape Peninsula. A good starting point for any scenic trip. Enjoy.
