The double bed room is on the upper level with balcony and 2 single beds nestled below the stairs with bath and open plan kitchenette and living room plus TV. This chalet offers wonderful views and has outdoor dining and braai facilities. A cot if required is on request. Here is no Eskom generated power at Utopia and chalets make use of solar and/or gas for power. If you truly want a fuss free and rustic stay and experience swimming in the streams or in one of the three Swimming pools or hike, walk, and birdwatch – this is the place for you! Please be aware that the estate is very noise sensitive with zero tolerance for any noise that may be heard after 10pm!
