모든 면에서 만족했습니다. 다음에 Lyon에 가면 다시 이용하고 싶습니다. 객실내 설비가 모두 새것으로 이용하기에 쾌적하고 편리했으며, 특히 침대와 베개가 아주 편안했습니다. 또한 욕실과 화장실이 넓어 이용이 편리했고 샤워부스도 새것으로 샤워중에 물이 밖으로 새지 않았습니다. 무엇보다 Lobby 층에 위치한 자판기(ATM)가 있어 물과 음료, 간식 등을 언제든 간편하게 구입할 수 있어서, 더운 날씨에 수시로 밖을 오가는 상황에서 큰 도움이 되었습니다.

기차로 여행하였는데, 기차역 바로 옆에 위치하고 있어서 접근하기 좋았어요. Lyon Part Dieu 기차역이나, Place Bellecour으로 이동하기 편했어요. (지하철 또는 기차) 방은 생각 보다 넓었고, 잘 정비되어 있었습니다. 체크인/체크아웃 시, 직원들도 친절했습니다.
