Very accommodating, as I had developed an issue with my leg since making the booking and had to have them change me to a ground floor room, which they did no problem, and even made sure it was one right by the exit door. Staff was awesome, I dealt with 3 different people between checking in and out, and everybody was super pleasant and very helpful. Also, some of the reviews had mentioned there was no A/C, I'm happy to report there was a newer unit in our room that worked well. I was told by front desk staff that all the rooms are air conditioned, so if that was ever an issue at this location, it has since been resolved. Also, the beds were good, we all slept well
