Uisge Bàn Falls Provincial Park close by and a great hike. We also went to The Baddeck Gathering Ceilidh to enjoy traditional Cape Breton fiddle music, song and dance.

The room was recently renovated, very clean, and had little thoughtful touches like earplugs (we didn't need them) and milk and cream for coffee (that was also available in the room). Breakfast was pretty standard, but it was served quickly and promptly at 7:30.
