We had a super-extra nice experience at Landgasthof Löwen! They were very flexible when we were late and helped us a ton when we had some trouble with our bike and needed a specialist. Everything is just perfect here. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The food (breakfast and restaurant menu) is excellent. It's a very calm and quite village so if you are looking for a cozy getaway, this is the place for you. I have already been there three times, always perfect.

Very welcoming hostess. The room was spacious, clean, quiet and has good bathroom facilities. I did not use my car at all during my stay, as it was easy to access public transport and cable cars, which are free with the Appenzell guest card.
