Nestled in the pretty Gloucestershire village of Coln St Aldwyns, this beautiful country inn offers a garden overlooking meadows and elegant, individually designed rooms with modern amenities. The room was very beautiful, great attention to details. We were pleasantly surprised by the menu in the restaurant, very high class food, very delicious, including the breakfast a la carte. The staff was very friendly.

The 17th-century Fox Inn is set on the banks of the River Windrush, in the lovely Cotswolds countryside. It offers individually styled rooms with free Wi-Fi, a charming pub and riverside dining. Everything. Very charming and the Owner or Manager was absolutely a gem and so helpful and hospitable.

In the Cotswold village of Frampton Mansell, The Crown Inn is a 17th-century ‘cider house’ with log fires, traditional home-cooked food, locally brewed real ales and good company! Everything was great, to be honest. The breakfast was very good, staff was very friendly. Comfortable and big room. Beautiful small town, that you can explore walking. We had dinner twice at the pub and food and environment was lovely. We would repeat for sure!

Our room was comfortable and well-equipped, with the added luxury of bathrobes. The bathroom was a treat, featuring premium toiletries worthy of a boutique hotel. The welcoming staff and cozy pub made our stay truly special. Also, the pub was remade to the modern standards.

The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is delicious, and everything is really worth the price. The pub downstairs is great — we had dinner there twice, and both times it was absolutely worth it!

We booked quite late but we’re able to get beautiful take away pizza and a bottle of wine to have in our room. Breakfast was great. Not your regular heavy English breakfast. Overall, a great place and location.
