The hotel is small but with exceptional hospitality. Check-in was very easy and fast. The room was big enough for a pleasant stay. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is clean and equipped with all the necessary accessories. WiFi signal was perfect. The breakfast was sufficient and the dining area was very nicely decorated and pleasant for meals. Near to the hotel (5 min walk) is a huge public parking for cars. The owners are extremely friendly and ready to help at any time. Honest and great recommendation! We will come again if we can!

We stayed at the hotel from September 3rd to September 13th, 2023. It can confidently be rated as a 10 out of 10. Let's begin with its location: the hotel is situated quite close to the town of Preveza (approximately a 25-minute walk). The beach is right below the balcony. While the beach at the hotel itself is a bit rocky, it provides an ideal setting for snorkeling enthusiasts, with its abundance of big rocks and underwater formations to explore. For those who prefer a sandy beach, Alonaki Beach is just a leisurely 10-minute walk away. The hotel is clean and cozy, with a wonderful view of the sea and sunsets. The apartment had everything necessary for a great vacation, including a well-equipped kitchen, a clean bathroom, and a comfortable room with a splendid bed. It's worth mentioning the wonderful and helpful hosts who are always ready to assist if needed. Thanks to their hospitality and kindness, our vacation became easy and carefree, for which we are very grateful. I'm sure that next year we will definitely return to this hotel.

Excellent value for money. The place is in a quiet area with a beautiful sunset seen from the balcony. The bathroom was new with a very big shower, which is important if you are planning to visit the beach during your stay. The balcony was nice. It works with a self check in. No hosts on site.
