Very kind people that ran the accommodation. They had turned the heating up for me while I was out on a windy and wet day in May when I was there. The gentleman carried my suitcases up and down to the room when I arrived and left. Well placed property for visiting the Big Benches in the area. Plenty of parking close by. Very tasty cornetti for breakfast 😋

We had an excellent stay at Locanda Casa Motta. The hospitality was truly outstanding from the moment we arrived until the day we left. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and were always kind, welcoming, and available to help. They even took the time to help us try arrange a ride to the train station, which made our departure so much easier. Their genuine care and willingness to assist made us feel right at home. The property was clean, comfortable, and a wonderful place to stay. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts.

We were hesitant about the location but needed somewhere on our trip to stay for one night. We were more than happy with our choice. The manager saw us arrive and immediately came out to show us the reserved parking. Then we were greeted by Kristina who spoke English and some Greek which was a big surprise. The rooms are above a bar cafe which has an awesome atmosphere and every salami, ham cheese... and we arrived at happy hour for 5 euro spritz. The room has everything you need, fridge that fits big water bottles, hairdryer etc. comfortable and well set out. Bathroom supplies are there and good towels. Elevator from. The entrance is wheelchair friendly well though out. Wifi worked well. The room was quiet and had aircon. Breakfast was excellent. The biggest standout was the service from everyone we met. Smiling, happy to have us there, kind and thoughtful. Better than some five star resorts I've stayed. Thank you for making our one night feel so awesome. The people have made us think it's a place to return to explore or use as a base because of this is the people of Parma then we want to see more. Side note. They also had water and drinks and snacks in the room which was unexpected.

The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The accommodation was beautiful and stylish, with great attention to detail.
