Exceptional Hospitality at Serenity Hill Oasis I had a one-night stay at Serenity Hill Oasis in Kandy, and I was thoroughly impressed by Jayantha’s exceptional hospitality. When I needed to rearrange my booking at the last minute, she was incredibly understanding and flexible. Despite it being late, she graciously adjusted the booking to a single night, even though she could have easily enforced the original two-night reservation. Jayantha went above and beyond to ensure my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Her support and kindness truly made a difference, and I’m so grateful for her fairness and dedication to her guests.

Lovely stay. Room was very clean and comfortable. We were able to do laundry here for a good price and it came back so fresh and clean. The family who owns it were very friendly and welcoming.

It’s really beautiful calm place I love it but staircases bit hard if they fix that with good staircase the place is perfect

The owners of Mount View Inn were lovely people, and gave some great advice getting around Kandy on local transport . I arrived back late at night after the cricket at Pallekelle to find one of the owners waiting for me out in the street before he locked up - really sweet. Nice communal balcony upstairs, and the hotel next door serves some great quality local food too
