The whole building is in colonial style and has big beautiful rooms with comfortable beds, plenty of hot water in the shower, strong wi-fi and Netflix. The rich breakfast is served in a beautiful room on the roof terrace with the most beautiful view of volcanoes. The staff are friendly and smiling and do their job well. The place is located in a safe neighborhood with a short walk to the center. Casa Arequipa gets our very best recommendations

Love this little hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was spacious with a nice balcony overlooking the volcano. The bed was comfortable and clean. It's located in a cul-de-sac that's gated and manned after 22.00 so there are no cars or pedestrians walking by the hotel. Close to main Plaza, which is uphill but manageable.
