She is a really nice person. The hotel is a clean and new building and it has a nice view from the terrace. It is in the main town right where the main street through town begins. It was a good value too.

It's in a really good location not far from the ferry port and close to the city center the the place was clean and the staff is really really unbelievable nice she made me lunch when I arrived there and I wasn't feeling well she gave me medicine and made sure that I'm 100% comfortable and also helped me with a itinerary and places where to go there definitely recommended

Our stay here was very short as we were just passing by puerto princesa to take an early flight, but this hotel was really good. The bed was comfortable, the room was big and clean, it was really close to the airport and the host was extremely kind. We arrived late and he waited for us and helped us with everything with kindness. I really recommend it
