She was so friendly, organised and always available. She booked all of our tours that were great. The room was perfect for our stay. It was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. The location is a 5 minute walk from the main street, which makes for a quiet environment. The reviews that mention not liking the lane to the accommodation are a little precious. There is nothing wrong with it perfectly safe.

Absolutely perfect location, super super chill. Surf directly in front of the hotel and the entire staff were really welcoming and helpful. We didn't wear shoes our entire stay :).

We stayed at Jeno Inn Extension because we needed to extend our stay, and everything was perfect. The host was extremely helpful and always replied quickly. Breakfast was available on site and was really delicious - we even needed it very early in the morning and they prepared it for us without any problem. We could also do our laundry there. The room was very clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and there was hot water. The host also helped us with our luggage and arranged a tuk-tuk for us to the bus terminal. Everything was great - highly recommended!

The room was very comfortable and nice, the location is top. In the center of town and 2 steps away of town square. Nora (the owner) was absolutely amazing and helpful, what a lovely lady bless her!!

The property is perfect for relaxing and meditation. Very Clean, comfortable, interior is on point, and the location to me is good, It’s so peaceful and quiet, far from the noises of the town proper. feels like we were the only guests staying here but 2-3 other rooms were also occupied! Lovely breakfast, and so many delicious and the best food to choose from the menu! We always have breakfast and dinner here! The staff were incredible especially Miss Nikka and Miss Maica, who assisted us with superb hospitality and great service! they arranged everything for us neatly from the underground river tour to El Nido inland tour, island hopping and our transfer from puerto princess to El Nido and vise-versa. Sunday and Royal (pets) made our stay worthwhile! The whole experience was just great! I would definitely recommend this to everyone!!

Casa Belina is the perfect choice after a long flight. Near the Airport but quiet , there is a free Airport Shuttle good breakfast and Perfect Organisation. They picked us up although it was nearly midnight and 2 members of the staff waited in front of Casa Belina. It was such a warm welcome! For the next day they organisied they Transport to the Bus Terminal very easily. We highly recommend this place.

The front desk personnel, very accommodating. With welcome sign with my name on it. The room has balcony where you can chill with beach vibe. Room is very very spacious with walk in closet. Also, the personnel secured and closed our room when we forgot to close with and lock it (1/4 open). He even taught us how to get to our destinations by commute (as a local wannabee who wants to save on transportations). And very near sa Airport!!!
