This is the third time we have stayed here and we love it. Everything about it is perfect including the location. It is a beautiful property and we would highly recommend a stay here.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Porch. Room was comfortable and very quiet, location was incredible and we couldn't get enough of the neighborhood and it's beautiful architecture. In case you arrive by car, do not worry about parking, it was extremely easy to find a spot each time. We will definitely be back!

The location is excellent as it is a one minute walk to the marina and a just a couple of minutes to several good restaurants. I stayed for over two weeks and found the kitchen really handy. The owners are super helpful and lovely people. I will definitely choose Davis House Inn for future visits to Sebastian!

What a fantastic gem! I almost hesitated to give a review in the event too many people find this lovely spot, but the owners, staff, and spot deserve a beaming review. We loved the layout, care taken with decor and functionality of the unit, and the closeness to a private beach! The pool and deck was just outside the unit which was so nice. They also provide everything you need for the beach and many of the basic tools/toiletries needed in the kitchen and bathroom, which is ideal for anyone flying in like ourselves. We also loved the care taken by everyone there.. we felt very welcome, and that we could contact them anytime if needed. They've been working so hard to restore the inn after the hurricane this October, and we can confidently say they've done a fabulous job. We would love to return one day soon! Definitely an ideal stay for anyone looking for a true island/beach getaway with the comforts of home.
