Everything. They gave us an upgrade in the room we had rented and free access to the swimming pool and the spa for the three of us. The hotel staff were really helpful with a little problem we had with our rental car. Great location to walk everywhere and great view from the window. Private free parking underground. Little presents for our daughter and some sweets at our arrival and more sweets when we arrived back to our room in the evening. Great breakfast (except for the coffee and the juices)
