The apartment was exceptional and easily one of the best accommodations we stayed at in Costa Rica. We visited seven different places, and T-Loft truly stood out. We were impressed by the luxurious design of both the complex and the apartment. We arrived about two hours before check-in and contacted Eric via WhatsApp. He was extremely helpful and allowed us an early check-in since the apartment was already ready. The apartment is spacious and beautifully designed. The kitchen is very well equipped with all necessary cookware, a microwave, a Ninja air fryer, a large American-style fridge, and a big flat-screen TV. The sleeping area is upstairs with air conditioning, which was very comfortable. The bathroom is large, with a shower, bathtub, and double sinks, and although it has no air conditioning, it wasn’t needed. The apartment is also very modern, with thoughtful details such as push-button outlets, digital water heating control, wireless phone chargers, and a safe. The location is outstanding — surrounded by nature and wildlife, especially noticeable at night. On the walk to the beach, we saw iguanas, crabs, and many beautiful birds, and the same wildlife could be seen on the beach. Playa Hermosa is just a short walk away and is calm and peaceful, mostly visited by locals (Ticos), with very few tourists. There are no bars or restaurants on the beach, but massages and refreshments are offered by small mobile vendors. A supermarket is a short drive away, allowing us to shop for groceries and cook. The property also features a beautiful, well-maintained swimming pool, and the apartment provided lovely beach towels. Since the property had only been open for about three months, we noticed a few minor details to improve, such as missing kitchen towels or a drying rack, which we shared with the hosts. Occasionally there was some insect activity in the bathroom, but nothing serious. Welcoming hosts, and we would absolutely stay here again!

The Hostess, Sonia, was most welcoming and accommodating and made us feel at home. The house is very new and modern. We had access to the outdoor kitchen and patio. There were several grocery stores nearby if you choose to make your own meal. The house is also centrally located between Playa Flamingo (25 min driving) and Playa Hermosa/Penca (28 min driving), and is about 30 min away from the airport, so we were well-positioned for our last 2 days of exploring CR. The sunsets at Flamingo were priceless! And snorkeling at Penca was amazing during morning hours till about 11 a.m. at which time the wind picked up.

Location, Double beaches, nice food

The location, the room, the pool, the market convenience, the nearby beach, the warm friendly smile of the office staff. This motel was exceptional and I would stay there in a heartbeat again. Everything was perfect. You felt it was your own space in paradise. I would recommend this place to everyone.

The beach is steps away from the property. Calm, quiet oasis.
