The staff was incredibly polite and kind. The price included an amazing buffet breakfast as well as the spa services (different indoor and outdoor saunas + indoor pool, opened until 10pm!). We were also given a bottle of wine at our check-out the day after - maybe because it was on 6th Jan?!:) Everything super clean and quiet. The room is equipped with plenty of towels, shower products&body cream, hair dryer. The resort is right next to the village and the castle ruines, super lovely for a short walk.

Tom met us and was very friendly, helpful and informative. The accommodation was perfect for us. Especially the terrace and the hot tub. Anybody thinking of going to Freiburg with friends should consider this place. The communal areas were great, the kitchen well equipped, a nice big table for eating, fresh bed linen and very well appointed bathrooms. All in all a very good accommodation that I would heartily reccomend.

The apartment is gorgeous! Tom greeted us and explained everything to us. He was extremely helpful and even came to us at 11pm to help us with the jacuzzi. The apartment was super comfortable, close to the train station and they helped us with where to park. There were also supermarkets really close by. There is parking available but it is a state parking lot and a bit expensive. Still we were so happy to have a host like Tom as he was extremely nice and super super helpful!!!

This is a beautiful apartment that exceeded our expectations. Nestled in the hills, it provides gorgeous views of the surrounding landscape. The apartment itself is spacious and spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We were made very welcome on arrival by Mrs Trautwein, who was lovely and very helpful. We were only there 4 nights but would have gladly stayed longer. Excellent location for walks and runs from the doorstep. We were very lucky with the hot weather and enjoyed walking with our two sons up Belchen and to the nearby lake (Nonnenmatweiher). The local outdoor swimming pool in Schönau is only 10 mins by car, with a slide and diving boards. We highly recommend this apartment. Thank you for our stay!
