Me and my wife traveled with a baby boy 1 year and 10 months old , The hotel exceeded our expectation , For the first time I felt as I owe to them, Staff is very responsive and helpful , I would like specially to thank, Mr Bozilov and Svetlana from reception . We were with breakfast, lunch and dinner . Quality of food is excellent , very delicious , Service in restaurant exceeded my expectation . Location is very quiet , it makes stay relaxing And joyful . Outdoor and indoor space are enough to Serve all needs for all Ages ! We made friends with family from Dortmund , they told me , They like it so much , That they will make this hotel Their annual holiday . So summary we highly recommend this hotel !!! Thank you once again , for the great vacation , you provided for your guests !!!!

Everything was wonderful! The hotel is like five stars! Breakfasts and dinners are super varied and delicious! The staff is friendly and always willing to help. The rooms are cozy and warm. The view from the window is fantastic. I already want to go back.

The house was perfect - clean, well equipped and in a good location. Very quiet residential area. We travelled by train to Garmish-partenkirshen and walked to the house, which took about 15m. From the house we were able to walk into town which is very pleasant with a nice choice of cafés and restaurants. Thank you Bernhard - we may see you in the ski session.

The hosts were fantastic. They greeted us right on the street to make sure we didnt get lost. The property itself was flawless. Its brand new, everything was spotless and clean. We love the layout and the design, very well furnished. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need to make your own meal.The location was perfect, walking distance to anything. The view was absolutely fantastic, We brought our friends to show them Garmisch for the first time. The Livalpin definitely gave a wonderful first impression to them and We couldnt be happier! We already plan for another visit in the future. Thank you Caesar and team for your great hospitality!

Great communication with the hosts before and during the stay. Easy check-in/out procedure. Dedicated parking spot near the house. Appartment was clean, beautiful and had all the amenities that we needed.

I really enjoyed the beautiful view, the apartment's cozy feel, and the convenience of being close to all the tourist spots and Garmisch main station.

Everything is brand new, the house is very nice and cosy. The location is very convenient. 1 min walk to supermarket. 5 mins drive to Garmisch-Partenkirchen train station.
