The bedroom was big and the views were stunning. The breakfast was quite complete. What I liked the most was the customer service. I came with my parents and we felt very welcome. The staff were really helpful and professional. I usually travel for work, and I really appreciate when the staff treat customers well. Big kudos to an employee with a tattoo on his left arm (I think his name was Arturo); he provided excellent customer service with his kindness and professionalism. We will recommend the hotel to our friends and family.

The location was excellent for cross country skiing at Somport. The restaurant at the hotel was excellent and featured a great menu of the day with large portions. The spa and massage were nice and priced fairly. The facilities were great- bar, reading room, extra dining room, sitting rooms.
