The location is close to the city centre, for those looking for Rabbies group tours pick up location. It has a cool bar. Staff were friendly & professional. The rooms are big & very clean. It has enough car park too.

Perfect location, less than 10 mins walk into town and we were able to take the bus to Culloden Battlefield from a bus stop 5 mins walk away. Beds were comfy and we enjoyed the hot tub and BBQ hut.

The house was so comfortable and had so many amenities. It made such a great and relaxing place to come back to every night after our adventures in the Highlands!

This was a beautiful hotel. I love the swimming pool most of all as when I travel around Scotland I didn’t expect to find, but I always bring my bathing. It was a lovely temperature and also had a sauna and steamer. It is a beautiful property.

We really enjoyed our stay tremendously. This is not a fancy luxury hotel. But the generosity and kindness of the staff and their eagerness to help made us feel welcome and valued. They took care of every request promptly and perfectly. The rooms were clean, quiet and pleasant. If you’re going to spend your days hiking and sightseeing in this lovely part of the world, there is no better place to come back to in the evening Thank you. Cannot wait to visit you again.

The location was in a quiet neighborhood outside the main busyness of Inverness. A full kitchen, laundry, 1 full bath, and 1 half bath, with 3 bedrooms and a sitting room is provided. We did not utilize the kitchen to it's fullest as we were out and about a lot, but there was a French press and tea kettle for coffee/tea. There were plenty of brochures and travel guides available as well, which we used to book tours. Kate (the host) was also super responsive, respectiful, and helpful. The house was clean, stocked, and the perfect home base for our travels around the Highlands. HIGHLY, highly recommend.
