The reception staff were incredibly welcoming and the check-in process was super quick. The staff of the holel is amazing. The communication was so smooth and relax. They invest a lot of attention to the detail. The receptionist Maria is great always smiling and helpful. The waiters are polite and quick. The restaurant and the all inclusive food were with very good quality and the a la carte dinner was also great. The pool is clean and big and close to the sandy beach so you can enjoy in the same time the pool and the sea. The snack bar at the pool offered coffee and cocktails and fruits all day and the staff was nice there. The SPA uses very good quality products. The hotel is situted next to RODA (20 min walking) but also is provided every hour shuttle to Roda.
