ArgentinaEverything is fine in the hotel and the room and the service and the staff. At first, I was surprised by the concept that you can't drive to the hotel by your own car, but only by golf cart. But then you realise that the instant transfer service and clean air are great. All movements around the hotel by golf cart. Nice room. Great pools and a water park. It's convenient that all additional expenses are charged to the room and you don't have to carry anything with you. The concierge service works perfectly. Especially the first shift in our hotel. Thank you. I recommend it.

CanadaLoved everything about this resort. Very clean and the food was excellent. You get access to two beaches which is a bonus. The staff were great and the location is close to everything. This is a family resort although there is an adult only tower but I would recommend it for a family vacation

ItalyThe facilities were a little dated but this November 2024 I understand will be updated over the next 18 months, but they where in Good working order and moderne. Great Mexico. Villa style. The room was wonderful but a sitting area rather than a whirlpool would be great in the Junior suit.

this place is huge!! we did it for the kids as we had been in a few boutique hotels for the last few hotels in Mexico. The kids loved it. its got everything that they wanted, arcards, pools, water parks etc. Was to big for me and my wife and a little tacky in places... big jacuzzi baths in the rooms. ugh..
in fairness the quality of the resteraunts was excpetional and the drinks all premium and the teams new how to make every cocktail. The staff were fantastic

Very spacious comfortable clean rooms. Great location. Fantastic private beach. Main outdoor restaurant really good buffet selection with polite and professional staff. Amazing pool and jacuzzi area. Fun beach bar with friendly staff. Expensive but recommended for a relaxing vacation, and not party environment.

It has the best beach area from the hotels located in that area. The sun loungers and palapas are really comfortable and there is enough space between them to relax without having to listen to other guests.

We had the swim out pool room, which was nice, aside from the fact that it was always in the shade so we couldn't really sunbathe there. But the room itself was great, very spacious, great bathroom, & clean. The two pools were also nice and it was great to have the option to go to the beach and relax on a daybed as well. Breakfast buffet options were good. We also enjoyed playing ping pong and grabbing an afternoon snack at the Mochachino place.
