Hotel Yara has amazingly kind and helpful staff, and a great SPA center for which the access is included in the price per night. It was me and a buddy that traveled to Viseu for work purposes, and chose this place because the photos looked great and we specifically wanted to try out the SPA since we're big fans of that. It did not disappoint. It's pretty great, honestly. There's a generous parking lot, the breakfast is traditional/classic inspired, it's not abundantly diverse in options but it has quite a lot of stuff and they're all delicious. The room is very clean, comes with a balcony and has a very nice bathroom and a SmartTV. I really am looking forward to coming again, can't wait. The SPA center is bliss, if you're into this kind of stuff. P.S. The owner, I believe his name is Mr. Lucian is very kind and I could tell he has a nice sense of humour. Him and the staff were very understanding with our situation since we arrived late in the night. I was and am grateful for that.

The breakfast at this resort was excellent, and i loved that they sourced all natural and local products from their farm and neighbouring farms which was awesome. Plenty of choices of food as well which was nice. The breakfast environment was clean and loved their set up for seating as well. We loved the pool and spa area. The salt spa, wet sauna and salt water pool were our favourites. We also loved our room, which was part of a separate cottage. The swimming pool area was fantastic and never crowded.

We spent 5 wonderful nights at Leo Resort and SPA and had a fantastic experience. Everything was spot on—the resort is extremely clean and very comfortable throughout. Wellness & Relaxation: The pool, jacuzzi, and sauna are top-notch and provided the ultimate relaxation after a day of exploring. Dining: The a la carte restaurant is simply excellent, offering delicious food and great service. Hospitality: The staff is wonderfully welcoming and genuinely eager to make you feel at home, from the owners to the waiters. Amenities: There is a large, free, and secure parking lot, which is a big plus. The views from the property are also lovely. Great value, wonderful people, and a place we would gladly return to!
