Way beyond our expectations! The staff was so lovely and we felt really at home and warmly welcomed. (They even have a lovely baby dog!) The room was perfect with an amazing view (we could see the balloons from the bed!!!) and from the balcony we had a wonderful view on the city and the mountain behind. The hotel is located on the very top of Avanos, the recent but traditional looking building is cleverly made to enjoy privacy and views at the same time. Everything was pretty and comfortable.

A Dream Stay with the Warmest Hosts in Cappadocia Kemerli House in Avanos, Cappadocia, was truly a dream stay with the most warm-hearted hosts. We were extremely happy with our choice. They kindly arranged an early check-in at 6:00 a.m. and even came to fetch us from the terminal. From the very first welcome, we felt completely at home. The complimentary breakfast on early check-in touched us deeply. Madam Aneel and her family helped us book the best hot air balloon experience and the mixed group tour, which had always been our dream. When we asked Madam Aneel if dinner was possible, she made it a reality for us. She even took us for a lovely walk by the river and up to the local market. Madam Aneel’s husband ensured our comfort at every step, lighting the chimney fireplace and creating a warm and cozy atmosphere in the living room. The lady who prepared our breakfast and cleaned our room was also outstanding—kind, attentive, and professional. For us, it truly felt like a blessing from God to meet such beautiful souls. Beyond five stars should exist for people like them. Madam Aneel and her husband have exceptional knowledge and passion in running Kemerli House. Meeting the grandma and grandpa of kermerli house was also a blessing for our family. My family and children are deeply grateful. We will definitely come again—because of the hosts and Kemerli House. Our best wishes to them, and I highly recommend all my friends to choose Kemerli House for their stay. Madam Aneel, her husband, and the entire staff — our standing ovation to you. We were a bit hesitant at first because some of the reviews had made us unsure, but we ended up being really happy with our stay. The breakfast was varied , there was something for every taste. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bathroom was also very relaxing. Our room had a view of the Kızılırmak River, and it was absolutely stunning. Opening the curtains in the morning and seeing that view really made our day.The staff were all very friendly and helpful, anytime we needed something, they responded quickly and kindly. The spa and pool area was also a great place to relax and unwind. One thing that really surprised and impressed us was the 24-hour Starbucks in the lobby. It was so nice to be able to grab a coffee and sit down for a chat, even late at night. Also, we absolutely loved the wood-fired Turkish Pide served at dinner, it was delicious and felt like a special touch. The hotel’s location was convenient and close to many sights in the area. We stayed as a family, and everyone was very satisfied.
