United StatesWe liked the room and the bed, it was very clean and matress was good for sleep. We also liked that the hotel has multiple entrances, a door can be opened with a room card, it was very convinient. Sauna was a good bonus (it needs time to warm up, turn it on in advance if you plan to use it). Location is perfect, it is 10 minutes walk from the downtown and cruise location.

Great location! The check-in process was smooth. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Our room was clean. The beds were comfy. The pool was nice, but the hot tub could have been better. Overall, a nice place to stay.

This was our second stay at the hotel, so we knew what to expect. The price is very reasonable. Front desk staff are very polite and helpful. I love the coffee bar in the reception area. There is also a pool and a hot tub, but the hot tub seemed to not be at full power.
