I appreciated the staff understanding the needs of a corporate and holiday balance, they were courteous & helpful. The location was quiet despite being close to town, which I appreciated greatly as I always look for somewhere away from noise. It was wonderful to have a little kitchen to make my own healthy meals. It was well equipped and clean. I appreciated a little city view, even of the over city sunset, which was just lovely. It was cold in Melbourne most of my stay so I stayed in my accommodation longer than i normally would so I was glad it was nice and had everything I needed. Would recommend and return.

This 5-star hotel offers an award-winning restaurant, luxurious accommodation and spa facilities, just 1.5 km from Melbourne’s city centre. The staff are very friendly from reception to door men to the restaurant staff. The breakfast was of rich selections and the quality of food is so good. Rooms are spacious and with great views. We watched the hot ballon fly over in the morning.
