Everything was in one place, easy and accessible. Loved the unique architecture. Absolutely loved how there were restaurants to suffice different priceclasses but best of all is how the hotel had the FOX foodcourt in the basement. Was great to have options! Staff was so accomodating, smiling and friendly. The rooms were spacious and wonderful. Loved the interior. Loved how the soaps were of the mild smelling kind.

The hotel was extremely comfortable and ideally located. The rooms are spacious, and the bedding is of excellent quality. All the necessary amenities were provided. This is a hotel I've visited several times, and the welcome is always warm. A special shout-out to the receptionist/ doorman/ concierge, who was very friendly (and charismatic).

I like that the staff is friendly and accommodating especially the receptionist. I've always known they are trained to be nice and accommodating, that's their job of course but some staff always go above and beyond to exceed your expectations by putting extra effort in their services. One of them which I forgot to take the name of, was excellent enough to prepare a hot chocolate for me in the lobby even if I didn't ask for it.she figured out that I'm freezing and it's life saving for me after an exhausting flight. I was told my room was upgraded, although I didn't actually know what the difference was, it seems classic to me. But yeah, it was spacious, spotless and has a window in the ceiling where I can open and see the stars, only if it's not always cloudy and raining. The breakfast is within my taste and preferences so I love it💓 The the size and deepness of the pool is just enough for me. It's kind of cute. I enjoyed swimming there. The sauna is also doing its Job so no complaints!
