It is a little difficult to translate all the positive impressions of my stay into detailed information. Here an old manor house has been transformed into a wonderful, modern but homely hotel. It is probably aimed primarily at wellness guests, but it is also well suited for business travelers. The owner welcomes guests with great warmth. Even if she does not speak perfect English (or German), you can communicate very well with her. My really spacious room or suite was on the 2nd floor. In the bathroom part of the suite there was an elegant/luxurious free-standing bathtub (which I did not use), there is a separate shower with fantastically fluffy bath towels and good care products, as well as a separate toilet. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired, eggs and bacon are freshly prepared. Croissants, fresh bread and home-made jams complete the whole thing. When I carelessly expressed my desire for Earl Grey tea the night before, it was probably bought especially for me for breakfast. I have never experienced such attention before!!! I had not asked for it and had not even hoped for it!

The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well equipped. The atmosphere is calm and unique, perfect for a special and memorable stay. The host was welcoming and attentive, and everything was well organized. Highly recommended if you’re looking for something different from a standard hotel!
