This place is a true gem, it felt like a home away from home. Jeannie treated us so well, we truly felt like we were visiting family. The house is immaculately kept, welcoming, and comfy. There is a jacuzzi outside along with a very nice seating area. The breakfast was delicious, with Jeannie preparing all kinds of yummy food for us. I only wish we could have stayed longer!"

I left Calgary after work to drive to Vancouver. I needed a clean, conveniently located next to the highway, place to sleep. I picked the least expensive room available in Golden and got exactly what I needed. The staff were warm and inviting, and I had a brief chat with some other guests in town for skiing. I appreciated the cup of coffee that was available at the front desk along with some cereal and muffins. At the price I paid, that was a nice bonus!

The check-in was quick, the staff was friendly, and there was a massive parking lot with plenty of space. The location is good, with amazing mountain views. Compared to the prices in the more popular towns inside and around national parks, this place offers great value. In fact, this was the only hotel during our entire trip that included a free breakfast, which was a great bonus before a long day out.
