A very beautiful and charming hotel, the breakfast buffet is very good, so much choice. The staff was very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to help. The hotel is spacious with lounges to relax in. It’s centrally located with short walk to mountain gondola. We loved our stay here, taking in the beautiful surroundings.

Room was very large and yet cozy. The Jacuzzi bath that could be mechanically moved out to the balcony from the room was a excellent part of the stay.

Well located to various activities in Kandersteg. Awesome jacuzzi bath that can be done outdoors in the privacy of your room. Spacious rooms. SPA facilities available at additional charge too. Dinner at the hotel was lovely. Free Parking available.

Great location, spacious room and bathroom. Great breakfast and with a view across the lake. Busstation and boottaxi is right next to the hotel. A lot of outdoor space to recreate and relax.

Great location in the heart of Grindelwald town. Fabulous view over the mountains and the Eiger in particular. The sauna and spa facilities, including the outdoor jacuzzi, were excellent, spotless and well used by us. All the staff were exceptionally friendly, efficient and professional. Breakfast was superb - I could not fault it!

Luxury at every level. Friendly and helpful staff. Exquisite food ( breakfast and dinner)and beautiful relaxing spaces to sit in with log fire at night. Bedroom small but good with lovely hot bath / shower Excellent wifi.

The spa zone was perfect. Outdoor jacuzzi with the view on mountains. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Fabulous outlook to open the curtains in the morning to see the spectacular alps! Spacious room with large bathroom. Added bonus was the heated outdoor pool, it was magical relaxing in it at night time. Great breakfast spread too! Very friendly and helpful staff.

The staff were lovely, attentive and thoughtful The room was spacious and clean with a great view. The spa area, in particular the jacuzzi baths were fantastic I would happily stay again!
