This accomodation was INCREDIBLE! Although it is at the top of the hill you can usually catch the bus back up if you don’t have a car. The staff were so friendly asking us about our day and providing us with all the details to support us on our holiday. I would stay there again 10/10

We shared the table with two other guests and had lovely conversation over options like granola, yogurt, fruit, bread, and a selection of cheeses. The host has a beautiful bathroom (not attached to the room) with a jacuzzi tub that was most welcomed after four days of skiing in the Alps. The host does not speak any English so we were challenged to reactivate our high school French. She is so outgoing and patient in her communication that it was delightful to try to figure out what she was telling us and we never felt like we didn’t understand her recommendations, offerings, or expectations. Highly recommended!

What a lovely farm bnb. Our family of 6 fit perfectly in “Martha” and woke up to a beautiful view of the Alps. The host was wonderful to work with and kept us well informed. There were farm animals and plenty of games which kept the kids entertained. Nice shared kitchen space. A short drive (15 mins) to Bern.

Free WiFi access is provided in public areas. I usually don’t write reviews for hotels, but this experience truly deserves recognition. Yannick went above and beyond in every possible way. From the moment we arrived, he was exceptionally warm, kind, and friendly—so much so that it felt like he already knew us. His hospitality made us feel instantly at home. What stood out most was his patience and attentiveness. I had many questions throughout our stay, and he always responded with a smile and clear, thoughtful explanations. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference. I also want to mention how welcoming the owner was. I had previously stayed here last year without my mother, and the staff were already very friendly and accommodating. However, during this recent visit—with my mother, who wears a hijab—I was genuinely touched to find that they were even more welcoming and respectful. I had some initial concerns that we might feel out of place, but instead, we were treated with the utmost kindness and warmth. It was a beautiful and reassuring experience that made us feel truly seen and respected. I’m very grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a welcoming and thoughtful environment.

Guests can also relax at the spa, which includes a sauna, steam room and a heated outdoor whirlpool. The hotel is very modern, clean and comfortable. The staffs were very welcome and friendly. Breakfast and spa are nice. We felt really relaxed and happy. Definitely want to stay there again.

Children can have fun on the adventure playground, you can enjoy rides on the lake with a boat featuring a glass bottom and visit the on-site trout farm. We couldn't fault this place. The beds were so comfortable, the spa absolutely perfect and the dinner and breakfast two of the best meals we'd had in a long time. On top of that the staff were outstanding and couldn't do enough for us. It was raining heavily when we arrived so we were given complimentary teas before being taken to our room (as it was an outdoor route and that way we could wait until the rain had stopped). Robert and Ute on Reception and Peter in the Restaurant were amazing, though all the staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient. This place is a little slice of magical luxury and we highly recommend it as somewhere lovely to treat yourself - and it's not even that expensive by Swiss standards, considering what you get for your money. We only stayed one night but felt so well-looked after and relaxed that it felt like much longer.
