She is a truly respectable and inspiring senior who deserves to be treated with the same sincerity and kindness she shows to her guests. The location is very quiet and peaceful. There is a playground where my children enjoyed a lot. The view is amazing on three sides, each facing beautiful waterfalls. This was my first time visiting Switzerland, and the accommodation made the experience excellent. The host was also kind enough to give us an extra hour for checkout.

The staff were exceptionally warm and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The spa area is small but charming, with everything you need to relax after a day of exploring. One of the highlights was the location — just a quick elevator ride down to the Old Town, which made getting around so easy and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Thun!
