A very charming little castle just above Lake Constance nestle in a beautiful garden, walking distance to the lake. The rooms a spacious and very clean, the bed very comfortable. Don't miss out on the excellent restaurant! The 4 course menu is an absolut must! Modern German kitchen from local produce. Delicious! The service is very friendly and accommodating! Same goes for the breakfast: very friendly service and local breads, marmalades and cheeses.

The wellness area was exactly what one may need: clean, relaxed atmosphere, and fully equipped. The room was very clean and spacious, and we really appreciated the “pillow à la carte” option, which was a nice and thoughtful touch. We also had an excellent dinner at Lion d’Or. The staff was always friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. A special mention goes to the reception team for their kindness, to Maria for her warm and attentive service during dinner, and to Johnny at the bar for his friendliness and great attitude. Overall, a very pleasant and relaxing stay.

It was an absolute delight to stay at Spa Torkel. Nothing short of a fantastic, relaxing, recharging stay. Beautiful room, spacious spa area with pool, whirlpool and two saunas, in walking distance to the lake, an INCREDIBLY attentive and caring staff, deliciously fresh and locally sourced breakfast and a stunning 5 course dinner in the evening.
