This was actually my second time staying here, and I loved it even more. It’s truly a special place that I’m always excited to return to.

Situated 450 metres above Lake Lucerne on the Bürgenberg mountain, in the Bürgenstock Resort, the Waldhotel by Bürgenstock was designed by star architect Matteo Thun and features the Waldhotel Spa and... Wonderful staff at Waldhotel, especially those in the restaurant are very attentive to our needs and requests. Excellent food at Verbena restaurant, both in terms of quality, taste and presentation. It started to snow the day we arrived. The Burgenstock turned into a winter wonderland with spectacular views. Great spa. It was a treat to appreciate the snow falling while enjoying the hot outdoor pool:-) Free tickets for the furnicular and boat to Lucerne was a plus.

The Seehotel Pilatus is situated on the shores of Lake Lucerne. It offers a large indoor pool, a hot tub, and free Wi-Fi. The spacious, air-conditioned rooms provide mountain views. The spa, pool, location to the train, staff and the restaurant were all top class!
