Greeting guests with its beautiful lobby chimney, this hotel offers accommodations on the shores of Villarrica Lake. We really enjoyed our stay. Our room had an amazing view on the lake. The staff was super helpful. There is also a delicious restaurant.

Additionally a friendly cat from the neighborhood visited us regularly

Staff was suuuper friendly and helpful, they gave us a bigger cabin than what we booked. Staff always bringing wood and making fire. Fire kept living room nice and warm, even though outside was cold. Cabin is nice, big and with plenty of natural wood. Surroundings is nice, green and between the threes. Super hot shower with plenty of water. Walking distance from city centre, around 20 mins.

The room, location, and service exceeded expectations. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. The room nicer than expected with very comfortable bed. Bonus for delicious breakfast and two adorable cats on the property.
