The dedicated staff and their service. They all were very polite and helpful. They make you feel valued as customer! The hotel accepts pets and appreciates you are paying for their stay. Our two little dogs got a sleeping bed each one and a toy to play. It’s the first time I see such nice service for pets. We could bring them with us everywhere, they never complained about them and trust you will take care if they mess something. The hotel is in great shape. It’s modern, clean and well maintained. Nice pool (though it can get crowded) and spa facilities.

The pool area really nice. Barbecue with outdoor seating. Big kitchen and big seating area next to kitchen. Several Hammocks. We spend a lovely Christmas at the finca and we really enjoyed the cooking and attention of the personal who run the finca.
