We stayed at the InterContinental Berlin by IHG for 3 days in July with our two daughters (ages 9 and 6), and it was an excellent family-friendly experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Our kids especially loved the indoor swimming pool and the kids’ play area—great amenities that made the stay even more enjoyable for them. Breakfast at the InterContinental was a daily highlight. The buffet offered a wide variety of high-quality options, from fresh fruit and pastries to hot dishes and made-to-order selections—something for everyone in the family. The hotel’s location near Tiergarten and the Berlin Zoo was also perfect for exploring the city. Overall, we were very impressed by the service, comfort, and attention to family needs. We will definitely be choosing the InterContinental brand for our future travels!

This 4-star spa hotel next to Berlin's Spandauer See Lake features 6 saunas, a large indoor pool and a modern gym. Free Wi-Fi and a rooftop terrace bar with panoramic views also feature. We booked this hotel for 3 nights with the sole intention of relaxing, and that's exactly what we did. The best thing about this place is the spa. We especially loved the whirlpool and sauna section — we relaxed in both for hours. The breakfast was also delicious was a great variety and nice coffee. Everyone who worked at the hotel was so nice and helpful, from the cleaners to the people working during the breakfast service. The bed was very comfortable.
